Money Cat Vietnamese American, founded in 2019, our restaurant is a reflection of our Asian American experiences with Vietnamese food. Growing up in Orange County, CA and Seattle, we were constantly surrounded by the delicious aromas and flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. This has inspired us to create a dining destination that celebrates our heritage and the rich cultural diversity of the Asian American community.
