Taco Tuesday
Taco Tuesday was a seasonal pop-up where we aimed to create a unique experience by combining the best of two cultures inspired by the roots of our founders one from Southern California and the other a native of Korea. Our menu features Korean-style tacos made with fresh, local, and familiar ingredients. It was walk up window style service with street seating. Featuring a traditional style exposed charcoal grill where customers could see the fresh meat cooked. It was located in the trendy and high foot traffic Hwangridan-gil area of Gyeongju, South Korea.
