El Jefe Beer Garden

A hospitality consultation was provided for a client who bought land and had a food truck inspired by the movie "El Jefe." However, the original concept fell short, so we were hired to create a more elaborate one. We developed a tropical beer garden with Cuban accents, including indoor and outdoor seating, becoming the first beer garden in Korea. Additionally, we assisted with menu development and retraining of FOH and BOH staff. Today the establishment is profitable and has now become a local and tourist destination.
